Specialist water and legionella compliance consultancy who provide contract solutions to cover the commercial sector are actively looking for a Maintenance Plumber to cover sites in the Kent area. Some sites will take you into London, but most sites will be in the South-East.

To apply for the Maintenance Plumber role, the successful candidate will come from the following background:

  • Proven experience working as a Maintenance Plumber (Remedial Plumber) working for a legionella focussed consultancy
  • Hold your level 2 NVQ in plumbing
  • Have covered a range of duties including:
    • Removing/Replacing pipework
    • TMV install/servicing
    • Installing expansion vessels and disinfection of water systems
    • Maintenance and fault finding of hot/cold water services
    • Hot/cold water monitoring and temperature checks to meet compliance requirements
    • Maintaining all site paperwork including recommending further work required for the site manager
  • Full driving license
  • DBS checked

Typical sites will include – Healthcare, Education, Local Authorities, Hotels and Leisure Facilities. You will be provided with work a month in advance and will be given flexibility to manage your workload throughout the week. With a company van (private use), regional work and additional training.
