Maintenance Plumber (Service, Reactive and Install work) Β£34,000-Β£40,000 + Van + Benefits Covering London, Essex and Kent
About the role
International Environmental Compliance Consultancies are currently expanding their South-East team and are seeking an experienced qualified (NVQ Level 2) Maintenance Plumber to cover commercial clients in the South-East. Work will include PPM, Reactive and where required Installs/Upgrades.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 years'+ post qualification experience covering maintenance work
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing as a minimum
- Hold a full driving license and able to cover the above areas
- Get involved in overtime where required
- Knowledge of water hygiene duties beneficial
Responsibilities
- Undertaking remedial work on commercial sites including DeadLegs removals, pipe refitting, broken pipes and taps and generate day to day maintenance.
- Maintaining on site paperwork in line with project programs using tablet/PDAs.
- Carry out some water hygiene tasks including disinfections for mains systems, TMV servicing and monitoring. Some additional testing may be required but full training offered.
- Offering client direction for further work to be carried out.
