London based Building Services Consultancy are expanding their London team and currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a mixture of commercial, residential and industrial sites.
Key duties for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
- Inspection of water systems including Cooling Towers, Processed Water Systems and Hot and Cold Water set ups.
- Producing detailed risk assessments and recommendations for future works.
- Ensuring all sites are compliant and in line with HSG274 and AcOP L8 guidelines.
- Assist with basic water hygiene tasks when required.
The Legionella Risk Assessor will require the following experience:
- A minimum of three years experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
- Hold at least one industry recognised qualification via Water Management Society or PPL Training.
- Have experience working on commercial and residential sites.
- Be DBS checked.
- Hold a full driver’s license.
The Legionella Risk Assessor will receive a full benefits package including company car, fuel card, mobile phone, and the opportunity to work from home to write reports two days a week.
