Specialist water hygiene and treatment consultancy who also offer pre-commissioning are looking for a new hire in the Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. Currently required is a Water Hygiene Engineer who is keen to work on commercial sites, cover the North of the country and have a clear path for further training including water treatment, plumbing and commissioning.
Working in business partnership with other building service companies, typical sites include education, healthcare, offices and retail with sites in the North with occasional travel into the North-East.
The Water Hygiene Engineer role will come with specific training as our client is keen to develop the successful applicant’s skill set further, but ideally the next hire will have the following background:
- 2+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer for a water consultancy
- Proven track record working on commercial settings (residential beneficial)
- Knowledge of Cooling Towers and Steam Boilers
- A thorough understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274
- Be based in the North of the country
- Duties experience including – Hot and Cold-Water Tank Inspections, Closed System Analysis, routine Water Hygiene Monitoring and Testing, TMV Servicing and basic Remedial work
- Hold a full driving license
