Currently required is an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join the South London team and work on some high-profile accounts covering office buildings, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and top educational institutions.
Key duties of the Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
- Conducting site surveys to inspect water systems including hot and cold-water systems, cooling towers and tanks.
- Identifying control measures and assess risk based on system design, usage, temperature monitoring, and any system redesign if applicable.
- Producing detailed reports including recommendations for future work ensuring projects are compliant with UK regulations and guidance.
