North of UK (Covering Yorkshire)
A well-established Building Services Consultancy is expanding its Northern team and is now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Remedial Plumber.
You will be supporting key commercial clients including healthcare sites, office buildings, and retail premises across Yorkshire with some travel required outside this area for annual leave coverage.
This Remedial Plumber role would suit a candidate with the following level of experience:
- 5 years’ experience as a qualified Remedial Plumber, with a Level 2 qualification (Diploma or NVQ) – Commercial experience preferred.
- An eagerness to invest in your development and have the confidence to provide guidance to a Plumbers Mate or Apprentice.
- Full driving license and the ability to cover the above areas.
The Remedial Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties including:
- Taking the lead on plumbing work including pipework maintenance/modifications, tank replacements, fixing taps and leaks and the removal of deadlegs.
- Undertake basic water hygiene tasks to ensure project and PPM completion.
- Undertake day-to-day maintenance tasks on commercial plumbing systems.
- Keeping job records up to date using a PDA or tablet.
- Building great relationships with clients including identifying future work required.
