Water Hygiene Engineer – Clapham and surrounding areas £30,000-£34,000 + Van + Benefits

Leading water focussed building services consultancy are actively looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer with some basic plumbing experience to join the team and work on several existing contracts across both commercial and domestic sites in the Wandsworth area.

To apply for the Water Hygiene Engineer, the successful applicants will have the following experience:

  • 2+ years carrying out sampling, monitoring, TMV servicing, shower descales, and tank cleans in sites including communal areas, commercial buildings and domestic properties.
  • Have ideally undertaken basic plumbing tasks including repairing water leaks, replacing isolation and float valves and system fittings.
  • Additional knowledge in deadleg removals, TMV installs and tank replacements highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an adaptable nature to suit all site requirements.
  • Any plumbing qualification of particular interest.
  • Full driving license.
  • DBS Checked.
  • Have extensive knowledge completing site paperwork including further work requirements.

The Water Hygiene Engineer will be provided with specific technical and on-site training to ensure they are fully equipped to work effectively independently or when needed as part of a larger team. All staff will receive a full benefits package, unlimited overtime and a team leader to help guide their career.
