Internal Account Manager β Basingstoke, Hampshire Β£28000-Β£30000 + OTE + Training + Benefits. Established 40 years ago, our client is an IT Solution Provider to both the Private and Public sector. They are currently looking to hire an Internal Account Manager to join a team of 4, looking after a regional focused client base, selling hardware and complete end-to-end IT services.
Knowledge of the IT market (Reseller or Distributor) would be beneficial but not essential as specific training is provided. What is required is a proven track record in sales performance and a stable employment background, demonstrating commitment, hard work and the desire to learn. All applicants MUST demonstrate a pro-active sales nature.
Duties for the Internal Account Manager will include:
- Maintaining an existing client base of private and public sector clients.
- Working towards monthly sales targets covering quoting, client success/management and liaising with the technical and customer delivery team to ensure solutions match the needs of the client.
- Working in a hybrid fashion coming into Head Office 3 days a week.
- Attending internal and external training on new product launches and services.
Experience summary for the Internal Account Manager:
- A minimum of 3-5+ yearsβ experience within an internal sales telephone environment.
- Knowledge of the IT market seen as beneficial (Reseller or Distribution) but an interest in the IT industry is essential.
- Full driving license or with easy access to Basingstoke.
- Proven track record of sales performance.
