Facility Management Consultancy are looking for an Installation Plumber to join the business and work on commercial sites across the London/South-East area. The role will be focussed on site fit-outs (1st and 2nd fix) and will work in conjunction with the water hygiene, HVAC and electrical divisions of the business.
To apply for the Installation Plumber role the following experience is required:
- 5+ years working as an Installation Plumber on commercial sites
- Level 2 & Level 3 in plumbing and heating
- Full driving license
Duties to include:
- Installation of pipework for hot and cold-water systems
- Fitting fixtures and appliances for commercial sites
- Pressure testing and leak detection ensuring flow rates and water pressure are maintained
- Comfortable working off building drawings and plumbing schematics
- Ability to follow technical specifications and building regulations
- DBS Checked
