£34,000-£38,000 + Overtime + Van (Private use) – based on a 40-hour week.
Join one of the UK’s leading independently owned Environmental Consultancies, with offices in the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, their Northern Division, the fastest-growing arm of the business, is expanding and currently requires an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join a well-established team of assessors.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legionella risk assessments across a range of large commercial sites in the North and North-West including:
- Schools and Educational establishments
- Retail outlets
- Hospitality venues
- Government buildings
Duties of the Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
- Legionella Risk Assessing (90% of the time)
- Tank cleaning and disinfection, also tank inspections
- Temperature reading on Hot and Cold Water Outlets – Calorifier and Cwst’s
- Mains injections Dosing and Instilling
- TMV servicing and repairs where needed
- Basic Plumbing beneficial
- 2 days working from home
Legionella Risk Assessor experience required:
- 3+ years working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- Proven experience covering water hygiene and plumbing duties where needed
- Hold industry qualifications such as Legionella Awareness and City and Guilds Hot and Cold Water Systems course and C&G risk assessment course if risk assessor (C&G or equivalent)
- Excellent customer service skills, dealing with customers face to face, maintaining site standards
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- A full UK driving licence and ability to cover the North and North-West
