Installation Plumber – Facility Management Consultancy £40,000-£45,000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits Facility Management Consultancy are expanding their plumbing division and are currently looking for a Installation Plumber to work on commercial sites in the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire area installing heating and plumbing systems. Sites will include Football Stadiums, Offices, Retail and Hospitality and you will have all work planned out a month in advance. To apply for the Installation Plumber position the following experience is required: * Ideally hold their Level 2 & Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating * G3 Unvented * Any remedial plumbing or water hygiene experience would be beneficial * DBS Checked * Full driving license Key duties for the Installation Plumber will include: * Installation of hot and cold pipework, unvented cylinders/water heaters and sanitary ware * The repair and maintenance of existing plumbing systems * Supporting other divisions of the business ensuring healthy and safety standards are met and paperwork is completed correctly * Pressure test water pipework for leaks and blockages including flushing systems and testing water flow The Installation Plumber will be involved in some remedial and PPM work but for most of the time will be install focused.
