Our client is an environmental services consultancy covering Commercial, Education and Health Care contracts across the London/South-East region. They currently require a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber to join their team and help with the growth of the business eventually moving into a team leader and management position.

The Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will be responsible for both installing and maintaining existing systems in line with industry guidelines.

  • Typical work will include - leak detection, pipework modifications/replace, water hygiene duties, sanitary replacements and tank inspections and replace.
  • Other work to include – Install/replace TMVs, install and replace water heaters, expansion vessels and other on-going maintenance.
  • Maintain site logbooks including recommendations for further work.

To apply for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber the following is required:

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Remedial Plumber or Maintenance Plumber position
  • Hold Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating
  • Ideally hold previous experience in water hygiene duties
  • A sound understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 industry guidelines
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • DBS checked (Enhanced)

The Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will receive a van (private use), performance bonus, industry training, mobile and a flexible work pattern.
