A registered LCA company, our client who have been established for over 15 years, are expanding their risk assessing team and currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience. Joining an existing risk assessing team, the successful Legionella Risk Assessor will need to demonstrate experience working independently ideally on larger projects carrying out detailed assessments on sites including Industrial, MoD, Retail, Education, Healthcare and Manufacturing.
Key experience for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
- 4 years’ experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
- To hold WH-04 Risk Assessment qualifications
- Be happy to carry out water hygiene duties where needed
- Remedial Plumbing would be of interest
- Have the flexibility to do planned overtime
- Full driving license
- Be enhanced DBS cleared or be able to pass all checks
Sites will predominately be in the London area and will have project co-ordinators to help plan work. All staff will be encouraged to have a flexible working pattern to ensure time is managed effectively to write up all reports and additional industry training will also be provided where needed.
Additional benefits include - van/car (private use), 2 days a week home working for report writing and optional overtime.
