Β£35000-Β£40000 + Van + Benefits (+ Overtime)
Compliance and Energy Consultancy, employing staff across the UK, are currently expanding their South-East team and require a Maintenance Plumber to work on commercial sites carrying out PPM and maintenance plumbing in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
Being a large consultancy, the Maintenance Plumber will be given a wide range of career opportunities to pick up additional industry qualifications and progress into a supervisory position.
To apply for the Maintenance Plumber, the following knowledge is required:
- A minimum of 5+ yearsβ experience working as a commercial focussed Plumber (maintenance and install) on sites across the London region.
- Experience in TMV Servicing, DeadLegs, Pipework refit/modifications and Tank refits/upgrades.
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing.
- Full driving license.
- DBS check (enhanced preferred).
The Maintenance Plumber will be given an extensive benefits package and opportunities to pick up other qualifications plus have unlimited overtime and optional emergency work on the weekend paid at a premium.
