A well-established environmental and compliance specialist is seeking an experienced Commercial Remedial Plumber to join its growing operations team across the London area. This position involves carrying out a variety of plumbing and water hygiene remedial works at commercial and industrial client sites.
The successful Commercial Remedial Plumber will ideally have:
- A minimum of 5 years' commercial plumbing experience working across the London area in a mobile position.
- Previous experience undertaking:
- Removal of redundant pipework and dead legs
- Updating and modifying schematic drawings where needed, whilst providing guidance/recommendations for further work.
- Cold water storage tank replacements and cleans
- Installation, servicing and maintenance of TMVs
- A current DBS check (enhanced preferred)
- A full UK driving licence
The benefits package for the Commercial Remedial Plumber will include:
- Salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (DoE)
