Covering the south of the country, our client is a Fire and Water Damage Loss Assessor to both privately owned companies and homeowners. They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive from within this sector to expand their client base.

With an extensive number of business partners and a website offering further sales leads, the successful applicant is likely to also have their own business contacts to complement current business opportunities. Knowledge of the Fire and Water Damage market is essential whether that be from a Loss Assessor or Loss Adjuster background and all applicants MUST demonstrate a pro-active sales nature and ability to work towards targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Duties for the Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive will include:

  • Targeting a new client base of potential customers.
  • Working towards monthly/quarterly sales targets, coordinating the project process dealing with sub-contractors, the client and internal teams within the business.
  • Helping to put together comprehensive quotes for repairs, working closely with a dedicated customer service and internal sales division.
  • Working remotely, attending client sites to assess damage and project requirements.

Experience summary for the Business Development Manager or Field Sales Executive:

  • A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within the Loss Assessor / Loss Adjuster market.
  • Extensive project life cycle experience within the fire and water insurance sector.
  • Full driving license.
  • Proven track record of sales performance focused on new client development.
