A growing Building Services Consultancy is looking to strengthen its South-West team by recruiting an experienced Plumber to support a portfolio of Offices, Health Care Facilities and Retail locations in the Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Wiltshire area.

Experience summary

  • Over 3+ years of experience operating as an independent plumber, delivering installation, maintenance, and reactive repair services.
  • Possess industry-recognised credentials, including a Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across the Gloucestershire, North Somerset and Wiltshire regions.
  • Willing and available to take on overtime when necessary to meet project or client needs.
  • Familiarity with water hygiene responsibilities is an added advantage.

The Plumber will be responsible for a range of duties to include:

  • Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of deadlegs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications, and repair or replacement of damaged pipes and taps, as well as routine maintenance duties.
  • Keeping site documentation up to date in accordance with project schedules, using tablets or PDAs for digital record-keeping.
  • Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains system disinfections, TMV servicing, and routine monitoring.
  • Providing clients with guidance and recommendations for any additional work required.
