A rapidly expanding water hygiene consultancy is looking for a Qualified Level 2 Maintenance Plumber (Diploma or NVQ) to join its South-East team covering commercial sites including Health Care, Offices and Retail in the London, Essex, and Kent region.
Being award-winning, our client is proud of its ability to offer further industry training including cooling towers, G3 unvented, water regulations and level 3 plumbing and heating, which will be offered to all staff.
Experience summary for the Qualified Maintenance Plumber:
- Proven experience operating as a Maintenance Plumber delivering PPM, reactive and when required small to medium install.
- Hold plumbing qualifications including Level 2 Diploma or NVQ in Plumbing.
- Full UK driving licence holder with flexibility to travel across Essex, Kent and London (regional work offered based on your home location).
- Ability to cover overtime when necessary.
The Qualified Maintenance Plumber duties include:
- Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks on commercial sites, including the removal of dead legs, installation of sampling points, pipe modifications and repair, as well as routine maintenance duties.
- Performing selected water hygiene duties such as mains system disinfections, TMV servicing, tank cleans and routine monitoring.
The Qualified Maintenance Plumber will benefit from additional training as outlined and a back office to provide continuous support to ensure site issues are managed and dealt with professionally and job satisfaction is maintained.
