Commercial Maintenance Operative - LEEDS 24000- 26500 + Training + Benefits UK wide Health and Safety Consultancy are looking for a Commercial Maintenance Operative to join their Northern team.
To apply the Commercial Maintenance Operative doesn t need to have sector experience but will have worked in a maintenance or manual position before.
The Commercial Maintenance Operative will be part of a daytime and overnight rota and be eager to partake in training programs to allow you to progress within the business.
Other skills required include: * Full Driving license * Excellent communication skills * Be happy to work in a manual role including working at heights and confined spaces.
Work will be in the Yorkshire area but planned stay aways are required.
The Commercial Maintenance Operative is focused heavily on training, all applicants will need to demonstrate the interest to pick up new skills and be happy to work on a manual hands-on role.
Progression will enable you to move into a supervisor role at which point you will also receive a company van.
Typical sites will be hospitality, public sector buildings and hotels and will work on kitchen extraction and ventilation systems.
