Water Compliance Consultancy are actively looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their London team and help run key local authority contracts in the Central South London area. Joining an existing team, the Water Hygiene Engineer will work on their own in the most part with team-based projects also required where needed. All staff will have access to our clients extensive training program which is a mixture of internal and external courses.
To apply for the position, the Water Hygiene Engineer will ideally have the following experience:
- 3+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer or Water Hygiene Technician
- Have covered temperature monitoring, tank surveys & cleans, sampling and flushing
- Be within 40 minutes of Central London
- Full driving license
- DBS checked
The summary of the Water Hygiene Engineer role will include:
- Ensuring all work is in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Conducting a range of water hygiene duties such as temperature checks, water sampling, tank inspections and TMV servicing.
- Work in a pair for when carrying out tank cleans
- Being available where possible for overtime to ensure sites run smoothly.
