Remedial Plumber – Midlands area £34000-£36000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits Environmental Consultancy who specialises in legionella control, building services and fire risk are expanding their plumbing division and currently require a Remedial Plumber to join a large team covering the Midlands. To apply for the Remedial Plumber, the successful applicant will have the following background: * Proven experience working on commercial sites carrying out remedial plumbing and general legionella maintenance * Level 2 NVQ in Plumbing with water compliance qualifications beneficial * Full driving license * DBS checked * Flexibility on work locations across the Midlands and an interest in planned overtime Joining a plumbing division of over 20, work is split regionally, and typical sites will include Offices, Nurseries, Schools, Health Care, Gyms and Residential (plant rooms). Duties will include: * Install/modify pipework (15mm to 6”) * TMV installs/servicing * Flushing * Deadlegs * Calorifier installs * Water tank repair/replace and valve replacement * Water Hygiene duties such as sampling, monitoring and water tank servicing Offering a good work/life balance, the Remedial Plumber will be provided with a full benefits package including van, mobile, expenses card and iPad, plus a training program tailored to everyone including G3 Unvented and Water Regs.
