Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber – Midlands Team £32,000-£36.000 + Benefits + Van (private use) Environmental Consultancy who specialises in the Health and Safety sector are actively looking for a Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber to join their Midlands team covering a range of remedial and legionella compliance duties for commercial clients including Offices, Retail, Education and Healthcare within a 90-minute radius. Typical work for the Remedial Plumber / Maintenance Plumber will include * Ensuring all sites are in line with ACoP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines. * Maintaining hot and cold-water systems, pipework and related plumbing works. * Duties – pipework modifications, TMV installs, deadlegs/removing redundant pipework, booster pumps and tanks. * Undertake legionella compliance where needed – water sampling, tank monitoring/cleans, TMV servicing. * Maintaining site logbooks.
