Environmental Consultancy are actively looking for an Air Hygiene Supervisor / Duct Work Supervisor to join the team working in a pair covering commercial sites in the Essex area. This role is seen as an entry position in the sector and therefore comes with a full training package including the opportunity to gain additional qualifications to take forward in your career.

To apply for the position, the following backgrounds are being considered:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in the air hygiene / duct work sector ideally at a supervisor level.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking to client points of contact when required.
  • Full driving license.
  • Be Enhanced DBS checked or be eligible.
  • Be happy to act as a mentor to junior staff members and remain hands-on when required.

Key duties will include the following:

  • Inspection of the Kitchen Extraction Systems.
  • Take photos for pre-clean documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to clients on site.
  • Fit new access panels ensuring compliance with TR19 guidelines.
  • Ensure documentation & Compliance Reporting is maintained reporting into head office with recommendations where required.
