Building Services Account Manager (new business)
Maidenhead, Berkshire - (Office based)
Up to £30,000 + 10% Commission + Benefits
Leading Facility Management Consultancy are expanding their sales team to bring in new clients to their existing customer portfolio and they are currently looking for 2 new business focussed Account Managers from a building services or FM background to join the team and report into the Business Development Director.
To apply for the role the following experience is required:
- 3+ years’ experience working in an Account Manager or similar position from within the building services (Electrical, HVAC, Gas, Plumbing or Mechanical) sector.
- Full driving license
- Track record working towards monthly sales targets
- Excellent communication skills
The Account Manager will be tasked with bringing on new clients, identifying potential business opportunities from internal marketing activities and then arranging business appointments for the management team.
