Our client, a building services and regeneration company, is actively looking to grow their HVAC division to deal with several new contracts and is currently looking for an experienced AC Engineer to work in a mobile role covering commercial sites across London and the surrounding areas.
To apply for the AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer position, the following experience is required:
- 5+ years experience working as an AC Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Air Conditioning Engineer
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
- F-Gas
- Experience carrying out PPM, reactive and repair whether independently or in a team
- Experience working on a range of systems ideally within a commercial environment
- Full UK driving licence
The AC Engineer or HVAC Engineer will work on commercial sites including offices, healthcare, education and industrial buildings. Duties will include carrying out planned and reactive maintenance; some installation will also be required when needed.
