Due to increasing demand and expansion we are preparing to add a night-shift to our operation and therefore require an injection moulding shift supervisor to join our team. Once induction is completed, the role could be a permanent nights position or rotating between mornings, afternoons and nights every 3 weeks, Monday to Friday. Candidates of interest will be competent, experienced injection moulding setters familiar with Engel machines, de-moulding robots, complex mould tools and materials. Quality control and trouble-shooting skills will be essential. Managing a small team of setters and operators the shift supervisor is responsible for all moulding operations outside of normal office hours while other managers and support staff are not on site.
