At Fern Clinic, we’re looking for an ambitious clinician who wants to develop into a specialist in complex spinal and disc injuries while working within a modern, forward‑thinking clinic. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise in assessing and managing more challenging spinal cases, prescribing IDD Therapy programmes, and becoming highly skilled in advanced spinal rehabilitation.
You’ll receive ongoing mentoring, structured development, and hands‑on training within a supportive team environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. We combine hands‑on osteopathic care with advanced regenerative and rehabilitation technologies to help patients avoid injections and surgery wherever possible.
Qualifications of the role (Key focus areas)- IDD Therapy (non‑surgical spinal decompression)
- MBST Therapy
- Shockwave Therapy
- TECAR Therapy
- Advanced rehabilitation for complex spinal and disc injuries
A major part of this role will involve developing expertise in identifying suitable patients for IDD Therapy, creating treatment plans, and managing complex spinal rehabilitation cases. You’ll also receive direct mentoring from the Clinic Director alongside ongoing CPD and clinical development opportunities.
What we offer- £33,500 – £45,000 basic salary depending on experience
