About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable person to join our company as a Paint Production Technician, working in the paint team to ensure paint and colours are delivered in line with the daily production schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working to operating procedures to produce consistent, right first-time paints, operating the paste and pigment dispensing and the drawdown equipment.
  • Quality control, problem-solving and resolving colour queries using our specialised equipment.
  • Completing maintenance plans in a timely way and reporting any defects found.
  • Ensuring that Fermoie’s cleanliness and good order standards are met within the paint area and immediate surrounding areas.
  • Involvement in other areas of the fabric and wallpaper print process as required.
