Main Purpose of Job:
- To be responsible to the Regulatory Services Manager for the management, planning and delivery of the Building Control function across the district to ensure an efficient and effective Regulatory Service, which meets corporate strategic aims and objectives.
- To represent Fermanagh and Omagh District Council on regional specialist groups to ensure sharing of best practice and consistency of approach to service delivery and enforcement.
- To be responsible to the Regulatory Services Manager for developing, supporting and monitoring staff in all Building Control and associated function activities to ensure operational performance and continuous improvement in service delivery is achieved.
