The Border Towns Regeneration Programme is part of the RESTART project, delivering strategic investment in Newtownbutler, Clones and Belturbet. Led by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council with Cavan and Monaghan County Councils, the project is supported by PEACEPLUS and managed by SEUPB.

The post holder will support town centre regeneration by improving vitality and addressing vacancy and dereliction through coordinated work with stakeholders. The role will also support the delivery and promotion of Community Hubs, vacant property regeneration and events programming, reporting to the RESTART Programme Manager with support from a multi-council project team.

The post holder will report to the RESTART Programme Manager and provide updates as required to the Project Management Board and SEUPB. A project team consisting of representatives of the three partner councils will provide operational support and direction to the post holder.

Main Purpose of Job: To work with the RESTART Project Team to develop and implement a Town Centre Regeneration Programme for Newtownbutler, Clones and Belturbet.
