The STP is a 12‑month rotation that offers exposure in multiple areas of the business, shadowing key partners, and formalized mentorship. Throughout the year you will:

Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in tasks such as outlining project tasks and timelines, prospecting for new leads, and handling customer inquiries.
- Assist in developing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation needed to close deals.
- Co‑ordinate tasks for sales projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide information about products or services.
- Capture customer feedback to identify improvement areas and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Take the initiative to learn new sales techniques, tools, and technologies that support success in the role.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; 1‑3 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Strong desire to work in a sales‑focused role and to learn about products, services, sales technologies, and processes at Ferguson.
- Self‑motivated with a consistent track record of driving results.
- Natural talent for assisting customers and addressing their needs effectively.
