The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Part-time role, Monday to Friday, working alongside our experienced workshop planning and administration team. We offer flexible working arrangements. The hours of work for this role are between 25-30 hours per week, and we are happy to discuss hours to suit individual circumstances.
Duties will include:
- Liaise between drivers either on the phone or at the workshop reception
- Liaise with other workshop members including managers, mechanics and stores personnel
- Book in vehicles and input job cards into the Accelerator system
- General clerical duties to include filing / photocopying / stationary audits / first aid audits etc.
- Invoice reconciliation; price checks, parts, jobs completed
- Administration of inspection paperwork for trailers, units and small plant
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience within an administrative role (desirable, full training will be provided)
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational skills with the ability to work within a time sensitive environment
- Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
