We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Manager to join our team, based in Corpach, Fort William.
About the job
This is a full-time position, within our Service & Maintenance Department.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Line manage the administration department
- Oversee day to day operations
- Manage departmental budgets, facilities and supplies
- Liaise with senior management
- Facilitate H&S and HR policies
- Develop the team through structure performance management
- Maintain weekly/monthly KPIs
- Assessing and implementation of a new software package.
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous management experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organised, flexible and have excellent communication skills. Strong IT skills are essential.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
- Organisational skills with the ability to work within a time sensitive environment
- Good leadership skills – exceptional delegation, conflict resolution and team building skills
- A valid driving licence
