This is a part time, fixed term opportunity for 18 months The Construction Quantity Surveyor is responsible for managing all aspects of the commercial and financial side of Phase 1 Yard Transformation related projects.
This includes cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial control to ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining profitability and compliance.
