A leading boutique Wealth Management firm in Manchester are looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join them. They are a highly prestigious practice who operate in the £500k plus space. The role would be working with three Advisers, including the MD, as well as assisting the paraplanning team. Ideally you will have experience of IO and come from an IFA background.

Duties will include:

  • Complete all new business administration.
  • Ensure all new business is entered onto the IO CRM.
  • Chasing outstanding commissions and positions as required.
  • Assisting with suitability reports including producing illustrations and Key Feature Documentation.
  • Preparing and issuing LOA.
  • Producing packs and information as needed.
  • Working with key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Helping to manage Adviser's diaries.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
