A leading national financial planning and wellbeing firm are looking to appoint Financial Coaches to join their team. This key strategic role will see you working with their primary stakeholders both internally and externally to develop and foster relationships. You will be delivering financial education programmes to clients and employee members via various mediums such as face to face, video and telephone. The end result will be to refer business and clients to the Financial Planners to write business.
Key tasks:
- Delivery of educational seminars, webinars and webcasts on holistic financial planning.
- Provision of support to colleagues within the Financial Coaches team and across the business.
- To keep abreast of changes in the industry and sector and to be aware of new innovations in terms of both offering and end service provision.
- To be aware of changing market conditions.
- Innovate and provide detailed presentations and client education strategies.
- Assist in the design of new education modules as required.
- Meet various management set KPIs to ensure first class service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Be passionate about and demonstrate behaviours in line with the Company’s ethos, vision and key principles.
Ideally you will be CII Dip Level with experience of Pension Options, DB and DC pension schemes. You will receive remote based working pattern, competitive salary and bonus.
