Head of Paraplanning

A leading national Wealth Management firm is looking to strengthen their Technical team by appointing a Paraplanning Head. Joining a core unit of five at present, you will be part of an established, successful team. The role will see oversight as well as active involvement as required.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of existing team of paraplanners.
2. Workflow allocation and client liaison.
3. Undertaking staff reviews and one-to-ones.
4. Reviewing client portfolios in conjunction with advisers.
5. Undertaking market research to make the best possible recommendations.
6. Writing reports for clients based upon data from the adviser.
7. Training and development of new staff.
8. Attending meetings as required.
9. Studying to reach Diploma and Chartered level as required.
