Ferguslie Park Housing Association has a vacancy for an enthusiastic individual to join our Property Services Team. We are looking for that right person to join our team and play a key role in delivering an excellent repairs and maintenance service for our tenants and enhance the long-term sustainability of the Ferguslie Groups assets.
The successful candidate will have experience within the Property Services sector and be self-motivated, organised and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. You will have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic approach, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and housing management software, are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service for our tenants. Previous experience of working within a Property team or having a technical background would be an advantage, as is knowledge of the Scottish Housing Regulator Annual Return on the Charter, Tenants Health and Safety Compliance matters and Contractor management.
