Football Coach/Manager JPL in Stoke-on-Trent

This is a part-time on-site role for a Football Coach/Manager (JPL) based in Stoke-On-Trent. The Football Coach/Manager will be responsible for planning and leading football training sessions, managing team strategies, conducting player assessments, and providing coaching to improve skills and performance. Additionally, the role involves promoting teamwork, developing plans tailored to each player’s development, and ensuring a positive, inclusive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and delivering training sessions
• Ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to various playing styles
• A coaching license or relevant certification is highly desirable
• Passion for football and commitment to player development
• Previous experience with youth football or the Junior Premier League (JPL) is a plus
