FERAL in Peckham is recruiting a Chef de Partie for the opening kitchen of John the Unicorn. You will work with head chef Marta Sandini on a busy service, starting immediately in an exciting, flavour-forward Italian concept.
You’ll run your station, maintain high hygiene, stock levels and consistency, and collaborate on prep, stock rotation and waste management as the team builds a new kitchen from the ground up.
