Our Divisional Sales Managers lead a team of Sales Managers to drive customer experience, retail, and operational standards across their departments. As part of the senior retail leadership team, you will not only lead, develop and inspire your division, but also the wider store, championing initiatives across services, operations, and wellbeing.
You will provide strong leadership to your team, ensuring every colleague lives our Fenwick Values, and people development plans are in place to deliver strategic goals. You’ll be working with various stakeholders across the business to enhance and ensure the highest quality customer service experience, improve sales through making commercial decisions, stock levels and share feedback in response to product edit and visual campaigns. This is a truly exciting and integral role to our business. The successful candidate will work with the Store Director to ensure Fenwick continues to innovate and be a market leader within retail by developing future business, influencing decisions, implementing strategies, and inspiring your teams to achieve these.
