About the role

We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join the Fenwick Digital team and help shape the future of our online customer experience. In this hands-on role, you’ll be at the forefront of elevating site journeys across web and mobile, ensuring every interaction feels as premium, intuitive, and curated as our in-store experience. You’ll analyse customer journeys, identify opportunities for improvement, and design seamless, visually engaging interfaces that enhance usability, drive engagement, and boost conversion.

Working collaboratively with teams across Trading, Content, Marketing, and Development, you’ll turn insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs, bringing ideas to life that delight customers and deliver measurable results. You’ll apply best practices in eCommerce UX — optimising navigation, product discovery, and checkout flows — while maintaining consistency through our evolving design system. Your designs will not only look beautiful but also perform flawlessly across devices, contributing to a smooth and engaging shopping experience.

You’ll bring creativity, curiosity, and a passion for user-centred design, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A proactive and enthusiastic approach is key — you’ll enjoy taking ownership of design tasks, communicating ideas clearly, and working across multiple product categories. If you’re eager to make a tangible impact on Fenwick’s digital performance and be part of a team redefining modern luxury retail online, we’d love to hear from you.

  • Proactive and enthusiastic designer with a passion for creating user centric designs
  • Experience working with Figma is advantageous
  • Comfortable working across multiple products categories
  • Ability to work independently on design tasks
  • Good communication skills
  • Eager to contribute to digital performance
