Are you an experienced Studio Styling Manager or Senior Stylist looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join Fenwick’s Photo Studio team at our Brent Cross store, leading the styling function within a fast-paced, high-volume studio environment and helping to shape the future of our digital content offering. Please note that this is a fully on-site role based in our in-house Photo Studio at our Brent Cross store.

About the Role
As Studio Styling Manager, you will lead the styling team within Fenwick’s digital photo studio, ensuring the delivery of consistently high-quality, commercially relevant and brand-aligned content across all digital channels. Sitting within the Brand Strategy team, you will be responsible for translating seasonal campaigns, customer insights and trend direction into compelling imagery whilst ensuring operational excellence across a high-volume production environment. This role combines creative leadership with strong studio management. Working closely with Photography, Production, Buying, Digital and Brand teams, you will oversee styling execution across model and still-life shoots, ensuring consistency, accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process. You will be comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment, balancing creative ambition with the realities of deadlines, resource planning and workflow management. A key focus of the role will be leading, developing and motivating the styling team. You will set clear standards, establish best practices and ensure the team is equipped to deliver against ambitious production targets without compromising quality. You will also play an important role in driving continuous improvement within the studio, identifying opportunities to enhance processes, productivity and output.
What we are looking for in a candidate...
- Strong portfolio demonstrating studio styling with clear brand consistency across digital, ecommerce, and/or commercial imagery.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, in-house photo studio environment.
- Significant experience in fashion styling, with experience leading or managing a styling team within a retail, fashion or e-commerce environment.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality e-commerce styling within a premium or luxury retail setting.
- Strong understanding of product presentation, visual storytelling and commercially effective styling.
- Experience translating creative direction and brand vision into consistent styling execution.
- Demonstrable knowledge of fashion brands, trends and customer expectations.
- Experience working collaboratively with Creative, Photography, Production, Buying, Trading and Marketing teams.
- Strong people management skills, with experience coaching, developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills within a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
