Photographer & Retoucher in Slough

Please note that this is a fully site-based role within our eCommerce Photo Studio at Brent Cross.

About the role

As a Photographer & Retoucher, you'll play an important role in creating product imagery for the Fenwick website across both model and tabletop photography. Working as part of our Photo Studio team, you'll help ensure products are captured and delivered accurately, consistently and in line with our brand standards.

Based in our eCommerce Photo Studio, you'll work closely with Studio Coordinators, Stylists and the wider creative team, supporting the end-to-end photography process from shooting and image selection through to retouching and delivery. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of product categories while developing your technical and creative skills in a fast-paced studio environment.

This is a great opportunity for a photographer looking to build on their existing commercial photography and retouching experience within a fast-paced eCommerce studio environment. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for photography and retouching, and the enthusiasm to learn, develop and grow their career with Fenwick.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

• Photography degree or previous professional photography work experience essential.
• Highly organised with excellent time management and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable working on and off set, to high targets.
• Image retouch experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships and thrive working as a team.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently at pace to a very high standard, managing workload to strict deadlines.
• Able to work collaboratively and proactively to meet challenging deadlines.
• Great communication skills, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date with any issues and updates.
• Experience with Monday.com, google sheets, Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Experience working with Profoto and Canon Camera preferred.
• Experience working in a luxury photographic studio preferred.
