As Senior Product Lifecycle Coordinator at Fenwick, you will hold a key position within the Digital Product Lifecycle team, responsible for enhancing product workflow processes and accelerating speed to site. Supporting the Digital Product Lifecycle Manager, you’ll lead a team of three coordinators, ensuring product data is accurate, enriched, and uploaded efficiently. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, identifying workflow improvements, and driving product content quality to maximise sales potential.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with key teams including Buying, Brand Partners, Studio, and Digital Operations to ensure all product content and assets are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You’ll manage the brand imagery process, enhance product attributes, and ensure descriptions are both informative and SEO-optimised. Reporting and analytics will be central to your role, helping track performance, inform improvements, and support wider business objectives.

This role requires a highly organised individual with strong communication skills, experience managing people and processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring product enrichment aligns with campaign needs and meets key KPIs, including speed to site and data accuracy. Experience with Shopify and studio workflow tools is advantageous.
