We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our Beauty team in Fenwick Kingston.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in retail management in highly successful and valued departments.

As a natural leader and role model, you will be ‘Customer First’ in everything you do, working closely with your team to ensure our customers receive our famous Fenwick hospitality when they visit us.

We are looking for someone who will live our value of ‘Keep it Simple’ and who drives the same high standards as we do when it comes to exploring new commercial opportunities to maximise sales in the spirit of our value ‘Be Bold and Courageous.’

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive management team and raise your profile within our business as you will be working shoulder to shoulder with our Divisional Sales Manager and cross functionally with our Buying & Merchandising Team.

What we are looking for in a candidate…

  • A Proven Track Record of working in retail at Supervisory and/or Management Level.
  • Strong interest in Fashion Retail and Commercial Awareness.
  • A natural leader and role model who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innate attention to detail and the ability to make commercial decisions.
  • An experienced professional who is adaptable, approachable, and resilient.
  • Current and relevant product knowledge and market awareness.
  • Experience in managing a large team.
