Join our People Team at Fenwick as a People Administrator, where you’ll play a vital role in delivering accurate, efficient and first-class administrative support across the entire colleague lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. Acting as a first point of contact for People queries, you’ll support both store and functional colleagues while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance.

Working closely with the wider People Team, you will process all colleague changes, maintain systems such as People XD, support payroll activities, and identify process improvements helping us to enhance our service. You’ll also be expected to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while always delivering a great colleague experience.

We’re looking for someone with previous admin experience, excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a solution focused mindset. You’ll be confident in working with systems and data, able to communicate clearly, and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and evolving People function at Fenwick.
