We offer hybrid working between your home and one of our collaborative spaces based on Wigmore Street, Central London.

About the role
We’re looking for a driven Merchandiser to join our team and take ownership of merchandising activity across our Home & Furniture product categories. This pivotal role involves executing a strategic merchandising plan that aligns with our annual business goals and commercial ambitions. You’ll play a key part in enhancing the customer journey both in-store and online through effective range planning, pricing, visual merchandising, and promotional execution that maximises sales and profitability.
You’ll lead stock management and supply chain optimisation, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time. A strong understanding of Open-to-Buy (OTB), inventory turnover, and markdown management is essential to maintaining efficiency and profitability. Working closely with space planning and retail teams, you’ll help shape impactful customer experiences and support smooth operational execution across our stores.
This role calls for a commercially astute merchandiser with a proven track record in retail (preferably multichannel), excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. Strong collaboration with buying, digital, logistics and support functions will be key to success, alongside the ability to drive continuous improvement and deliver against ambitious sales and margin targets.
