We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join Fenwick, where you’ll help drive social growth through engaging content and strong community building. About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Coordinator to join our team, reporting into the Senior Marketing & Communication Specialist. In this role, you’ll support the development and execution of our social media strategy, working closely with senior marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement. You’ll play a key part in combining organic and paid approaches to maximise reach and performance across all social channels.

You’ll be responsible for planning, setting up, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Alongside this, you’ll manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive and engaging brand presence. Working collaboratively with Visual Content and Marketing Planning teams, you’ll help schedule content, write clear briefs for content creation, and ensure all activity aligns with wider business priorities captured in the content calendar.

A strong analytical mindset will be essential, as you’ll track performance, report on key metrics, and provide insights to continuously improve results. You’ll stay up to date with the latest social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our approach fresh and innovative. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with teams across Buying & Merchandising, Digital, and Retail to ensure our social activity is aligned, commercially focused, and impactful.

What we are looking for in a candidate...

  • Experience in social media, both paid and organic.
  • Familiar with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Curious mind and interest in analytics.
