We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Stylist to join our Photo Studio team at our Brent Cross store, supporting the creation of inspiring, high-quality content across our digital channels.
This is an exciting on-site opportunity for a talented and experienced Online Stylist to join the styling team at Fenwick. You will play a pivotal role in the day to day running of our in-house studio.

About the Role
The Senior Stylist is a hands-on leadership role within Fenwick’s digital photo studio, responsible for delivering consistently high-quality, on-brand styling across all digital output. Sitting within the Brand Strategy team, the role plays a key part in translating Fenwick’s customer personas, seasonal narratives and trend direction into compelling, commercially relevant studio imagery.
Working on set day to day, the Senior Stylist leads styling execution across model and still life shoots, ensuring accuracy, continuity and brand consistency from pre-shoot rail checks through to post-shoot review. The role partners closely with Photography, Production, Buying and Digital teams to support smooth shoot delivery, proactively resolving styling issues and balancing creative standards with production realities.
Alongside hands-on styling, the Senior Stylist supports the development and performance of the styling team, setting clear standards and fostering a collaborative studio culture. With a strong eye for detail, trend awareness and experience in fast-paced in-house studios, this role is ideal for a confident stylist ready to take ownership of digital styling quality while contributing to Fenwick’s wider creative vision.
What we are looking for in a candidate...
- Strong portfolio demonstrating studio styling with clear brand consistency across digital, ecommerce, and/or commercial imagery.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, in-house photo studio environment.
- Experience supporting and developing others within a styling or studio team, including day-to-day guidance and feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to make confident, considered styling decisions in a live studio environment.
- Experience creating trend packs, visual references, or styling guidelines for internal use.
- Strong understanding of digital imagery requirements, including consistency, accuracy, and usability.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach when working with studio, production, and brand teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail across fit, continuity, garment care, and presentation, with strong organisational skills.
